LinksLive gives you two ways to delete your data, both from within the app under Settings.
Go to Settings → Clear My Data. This permanently deletes rounds and tournaments you created solo. For rounds or tournaments shared with other players, it removes you from the player list and deletes your personal scores, without deleting the round or tournament for other participants. Your account (email, name) is kept.
Go to Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your identity (password, or Google sign-in). This permanently deletes your account, your profile data (email, name, handicap), and all score data tied to your account. This action cannot be undone.
Both deletions take effect immediately — there is no additional retention period.
Check your spam/junk folder first — verification and password-reset emails sometimes land there. If you still don't see it, open the app and use the "Resend" option on the verification screen, or email us and we can help directly.
Ask whoever started the round or tournament for their 6-character join code, then use the Join tab in the app and enter the code.
When creating a round or tournament, enter your friend's email address. They need to already have a LinksLive account with that email verified — if they don't, download LinksLive, sign up, and verify the email first, then you'll be able to add them.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. Check your spam folder if the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
